[amsat-bb] AO-51 Reload

AO-51 analog operation will be off the air for a few days while I reload the software.  You can of course copy the telemetry during this time.

Normally we have three stations spread across both coasts that can upload which allows a fairly quick return to normal operation.  
This time there is only one station (due to a number of factors)  to do the upload.

Please be patient, we will have the satellite operational as soon as possible.
