Hi Mike,
In principle yes, you might have some packets that other people have
missed.
The problem is that the packets are time-stamped when they go into the
database within a few seconds of actual receipt. (propagation time
across the internet).
So in reality, if there is a delay of more than a couple of minutes it
could cause problems.
Better to decode and publish here for the moment, I think.
