[amsat-bb] ANDE-2 telemetry periods

Here are 3 packets decoded by Mike, DK3WN:
2009-07-31 13:19:31.750 UTC: from POLLUX-1 to CQ via TELEM:> MEMS
2009-07-31 13:19:58.270 UTC: from POLLUX-1 to CQ via TELEM:> SYST
2009-07-31 13:20:37.730 UTC: from POLLUX-1 to CQ via TELEM:> MEMS

Based on these I conclude the following transmission periods:
MEMS > SYST: 27 seconds (58-31)
SYST > MEMS: 39 seconds (37-58)
Total: 27 + 39 = 66 seconds for a complete package (the 33 seconds is an average therefore)

This corresponds with my audio analysis, which btw also shows Castors 30 seconds period:
