Again, incorrect. Think about it for a second. In order for a radio to 
receive a signal on one band and simultaneously repeat it on another (the 
meaning of cross band repeat), it has to be capable of full duplex 
operation. I challenge both of you to find an example that will cross band 
repeat but isn't full duplex.

I think maybe you are confusing cross band repeat with cross band split 
capable.
