[amsat-bb] SatPC32 question

Hi everyone,
There must be an easy way to load Keps from a file on a 3 1/2" floppy, but what is it? (No internet on this laptop, but a floppy drive.)

  I have 1 USB port that I hope to use for rig control,  Where can I find a proper driver for a USB flash drive that the laptop won't recognize?  I think this laptop (Dell Inspiron 3800) was made before these flash drives became fashionable.
