  A group of us tried PSK31 on AO-40. The Doppler was a B***h on 2.4 gig,
but according to my log in October 2001 we managed to make 3 contacts over a
period of 2 days with w2xb, n4zq, and kb3kj. Ah those were the golden days
of HEO sat ops, hopefully to happen again.....

Sounds interesting - but PSK-31 and Doppler may be problematic - will this 
be a linear transponder or... ?
