The telemetry equations are in the December, 1974 issue of the AMSAT 
newsletter available at http://www.ka9q.net/AMSAT-Newsletter-1974.pdf. I 
don't know of anyone who has made an Excel spreadsheet, and it would be 
nice for some one to make one available.

Phil Karn has scanned most of the archive of AMSAT publications and they 
can be found at http://www.ka9q.net/newsletters.html. As noted in 
yesterday's special AMSAT bulletin, W3PK and W4PUJ are currently working 
to get the first 5 years in PDF format.
