If you configure it the right way, Orbitron can look pretty close.

Orbitron can do the satellite tracks (future, past, and middle), the
"radio-bubble", and several other things that makes it look like the
real-deal here in Houston.

You can get it for free from http://stoff.pl/ (you can also download some
new backgrounds. I personally prefer the night high-res one.)
