Hi Armando,

yes this is one of the reasons. I tried to activate PCSAT-1 two days ago but
she didn't survive a entire pass.

PCSAT is in full sun untill March 30
according to NOVA but is not coming
alive as it had in the past.  Maybe sun
angles are wrong for this season.
