Today you transferred additional CHF 15 K to your account.

Please confirm the following:

 

You suggested and Sysgem agreed:

You  will get from Sysgem CHF 100K and  with this payment 

·         Sysgem does not owe you any more money and Sysgem is also acquiring all your Sysgem shares.
Sysgem will pay you CHF 50K in the first half of 2009 and the remaining CHF 50K in the first half of 2010.

 

With today's transfer of CHF 15K Sysgem has paid to you in total CHF 40K.

  I would like to confirm with this email what we have already agreed and confirmed with our Skype chat from today.

   

  I confirm that you can transfer form Sysgem's account CHF 25'000 (twenty five thousand).

  Please confirm, by accepting this money you agree in principal to sell your shares and give up the outstanding loan for the amount you suggested.

  Ami Toren will negotiate with you the details of the agreement (contract) and will then present it to the shareholders as agreed  in the EGA this morning.
