[amsat-bb] Re: Hawksat?

My understanding is that Hawksat is only commanded on when over their ground 
station on the Maryland Eastern Shore.  

I'm also curious who the licensed trustee is since the person they listed as 
the contact on their IARU coordination request is no longer with them.
