[amsat-bb] Frequencies for CubeSat

Hi,


I'm looking for any comparison which frequency select for cubesat
(command, telemetry).
I know that many of designers used UHF UHF, but link budget margin
that better to use VHF - smaller path loss for about 10dB
what are the main reason for use UHF -->  antenna size, free frequency
on UHF band, other losses, ground station antenna gain or ??
