I see the Malaysian National News Agency recently ran a report saying the Indonesian Amateur Radio microsat would be launch in 2010.

The IARU Amateur Satellite Frequency Coordination page quotes the power at 5 watts and a 650 km orbit from an ISRO launch so it should be a strong signal.
