[amsat-bb] FT-897 CAT Control

There have been several posts here and elsewhere that suggest that it is not possible to change the frequency of the FT-897 via CAT during transmit.  Is that really true?  If it is that would seem to make it unsuitable for satellite operations but I know many people use it (and the 817/857).
