A few months ago I corresponded with the AMSAT-SA webmaster about that.
I think it is a typo and the correct frequency is 435.350. As far as the
145.880 frequency being the same as the QRP uplink on AO-51, they are
correct in using it. AO-51 is not coordinated on 145.880, and they are.
If it causes problems, we'll just have to use a different uplink for the
QRP repeater. The 2m satellite subband is very crowded, and there are
frequencies in use for cubesats and such that most amateurs are not even
aware of.
