Do any of these have potential for Amateur use after their "primary mission" is completed? If they can be repurposed like AO-27, then I don't have any complaints. If, OTOH, all they're good for is sending telemetry for somebody's experiment, then I feel this is an inappropriate use of Amateur frequencies.
