Hi Auke,

no there is no CW beacon or any telemetry. RS-15 is sending only a carrier.
But the length varies between a second and sometimes over some minutes.
Maybe there is an relationship between the length of the carrier and
temperature but I don't know.

Hi All,


Is RS-15 sending telemetry?  I see that the pattern is different, nearly 
constantly on on this pass as I type.  I just can't hear well enough 
today(local qrm)  to tell what it is.
