[amsat-bb] LVB Tracker USB serial port driver for Windows 7 x64 Success

In response to my posting yesterday I received one suggestion to use a 
Vista driver. It did not work.

What did work is the following:

I downloaded the following zip files from 
http://www.dlpdesign.com/#Drivers .

http://www.dlpdesign.com/cdm20600certified.zip

http://www.dlpdesign.com/cdm20600dlp.zip

I installed the drivers in cdm20600certified.zip but although the driver 
appeared to install, that was not sufficient.

I then installed the drivers in cdm20600dlp.zip. These are not certified 
drivers. I ignored the warning. They work fine with SarPC32 so far.
