[amsat-bb] looking for information on amplifiers from Watkin-Johnson

Hello,

 

I am looking for any information on the following amplifiers:

 

1.) Watkin-Johnson WJ-6615-512 P1 (GaAs FET Amplifier), frequency range
marked on encasing is 1.0-2.6 GHz

 

2.) Watkin-Johnson WJ-738-3 (Low Noise Solid State Amplifier), frequency
range marked on encasing is 0.5-1.0 GHz

 

Both amplifiers have 110V AC power supplies attached to them. As I live in
Germany and we have 220V mains I would like to modify them and operate them
from a DC voltage. However I do not know the needed DC supply voltage nor
the necessary polarity. Any information is highly appreciated, especially a
data sheet.
