I'm sorry I can't help with the event, but LO-19 is surely worthy of attention:

I know the CW transmitter has been off for months, but I swear I have seen see a faint carrier using a sound card and Spectran.
Anyhow, AMSAT has certainly partnered with AMSAT-LU during the microsat era.
