Is the registration fee for the Symposium refundable if I don't get to
attend (or only refundable up to a certain date)? I have not registered yet.

I've already made the hotel reservation, but waiting to buy the airline
ticket till I'm sure I can be there. September will be incredibly busy for
me work-wise, and October may be as well.
