Some of the dates of mode changes may move a day or so according to 
command availability. Note the 2m up BBS test, and the CW up, FM down 
mode for Straight Key Night. At the end of the month we go back into 
eclipses for a LONG time, so the overall power budget will shrink, and 
we will reinstate the new PL mode, and the satellite will likely be off 
in eclipse.
