[amsat-bb] Both UT FASTRAC Satellites Have Been Reset - New TLEs Are Available

Yesterday, Monday, December 13th, both University of Texas FASTRAC satellites were successfully reset (rebooted). The goal now is to download GPS data from FAST1 and FAST2. New TLEs have been posted to the website http://fastrac.ae.utexas.edu/for_radio_operators/users/phpBB3/predictedorbit.php
