[amsat-bb] calculating transponder uplinks from downlink frequencies

For my micro-controller-based doppler tuning project, I'm trying to
work out formulas for deriving transponder uplink frequencies from
those of the downlink. (Davidoff (1998) is a bit less generous on this
topic than on others.) I created a posting on my blog which outlines
the math I've come up with so far. I'd be grateful if the members of
