Hi Jerry,

I don't think Vista likes things written to 
ProgramFiles/Orbitron/TLE. There is a section in the Orbitron 
help about setting directory paths that might apply.

I'm no Window expert, I just switched to XP, so I'm a few years 
behind the curve.
