Hi Nick. 
This seems to happen when names or numbers for satellites change in the keps file.  What is probably easiest is to remove all satellites from the list and then add them back.

The satellite drop down tab and  the letters at the bottom right are out on
sync. Placing the mouse on a letter bottom right does not correspond to the
letter under the satellite tab.

 Suggestions?
