Good question,
I prefer in English. There are other operators listening and so they can
understand the conversation. I hear a lot of Russian speaking operators
on some fm birds.
That way you don't know if they are pirates or amateurs. I don't
understand a callsign in Russian and I don't know what they are talking
about.
