[amsat-bb] Re: COMPASS-1 Close Approach

All,

As already indicated by Matt N8MS, signals from COMPASS-1 were present
during the 22-JAN-2010 1431z pass over Eastern USA.  I decoded the following
packets from audio recorded during the pass earlier this morning:
