Hi Willliam, 

Also the very low orbit only gives the Tubesats a life of a few weeks. 

The very well funded company SpaceX took many years and 3 launch failures before they finally got the Falcon 1 into space. It may be reasonable to assume the company behind Tubesat will take just as long before they get a working launch system.
