[amsat-bb] updated pseudo moon keps

Here is a set of pseudo keps for the moon calculated using the MoonKeps 
program by HB9BNI ( thank you ! )  to calculate them, and then rewritten 
in two line form.
These work fine for my Uni_Trac 2003 using both  the -2003 and the -2000 
software.
Perhaps they may help someone else with a stand-alone tracker like mine.
