I wasn't aware of that.  Guess the fact that it didn't do dual receive or have dual displays fooled me.  In that case, I think the Icom T21A would also work as it will do full duplex, but can't transmit on 70cm, but it would work in Mode J. Think the Kenwood TH28A is the same.
