ARRL has not added it to LOTW.  Same with SO-67.  All work on
LOTW was stopped in the push to get the new ARRL web site
running, but so far ARRL has not said anything else about adding
the new satellites to LOTW.  Now that the new web site is up and
running (although missing some items like the satellite VUCC
leaderboard), now may be the time to renew our requests for the
new satellites to be added to LOTW.
