Hi Drew!

Just got off SO67's 0310 UTC pass.  Several stations on,
and nice not having to run the high PL tone.  A suggestion...
could you please suggest an earlier
turn-on time for evening passes?
Here at 33.6 degrees North, SO67 did not turn on
until the halfway point of the pass.
