[amsat-bb] FM QRM on HO-68 Digital schedule !

For 1st time I enjoy the 1st 5 minutes of HO-68 on Pacsat Mode 
uploaded few Messages then the FM QRM took over the rest of the pass!!

For sure they do not know the new regulation !!

This Regulation need more QST .
