[amsat-bb] AO-51 V/S & spanish Taxi QRM

Mode V/S is fantastic but again QRMed by spanish speaking intruders a taxi fleet "probably" from Mexico they where right on 145.880 Mhz or 
very near this frequency the dispatcher was calling for all "Per todos" car. It will nice from our Mexican friends if they can at least pin 
point the origin of the transmission could be someone can at least ask them to move away from the satellite segment?

De l' interferencia se constató esta mañana sobre 145.880MHZ la frecuencia de subido sobre AO-51. El QRM "parece" proceder d' una flota de 
taxi en México. Si nuestros amigos Mexicanos podrían señalar dan un primer tiempo l' origen de esta interferencia y preguntar en un segundo 
momento si estado en condiciones de cambiar de frecuencia fuera de la banda de transmisión de los satélites aficionado.
