Hey Jimmy, some of the easiest birds to try are AO-27, SO-50, AO-51, and
HO-68. All of them are popular birds with plenty of contacts. Only thing to
keep in mind is the schedules they run on. You want to make sure they're
turned on and what mode they're in when making a pass. A lot of that info
can be found on AMSAT.org and I've found YouTube to be a good resource for
teaching you how to make your first contact on the birds with just a dual
band yagi antenna and a HT or two. Best of luck working the birds!
