I can't address EME, but it can be configured for satellite operations, and
correctly supports both LotW and eQSL for satellites.  Support is excellent.
In addition to a log, it also handles spotting, has a module for working
RTTY, some of the PSK modes, etc.  However, you can use as much or as little
as needed, and it is very customizable.  I figure I use about 10%.  It is
also completely free.
