[amsat-bb] How to work SO-67 with a TS-790E

Hi folks,
tonight for the first time i heard SO-67
and with difficult I could work TA7OM.
Checking the frequencies on the Amsa.org site,
I can read that on the uplink I have to use
FM NARROW.
I own a ts-790E and would like to know how to set the FM NARROW
Or do I need a filter?
If I need a filter what it is the name?
