[amsat-bb] ARRL Worked All States

For those of you that have the ARRL Worked All States certificate. If 
you would like to apply for an AMSAT Award, I will accept a scanned copy 
of your Worked All States certificate as proof of 50 contacts towards 
any of our awards. This means, to earn the Sexagesimal Award (60 
contacts) you would only need 10 VE call areas or DXCC entities to 
qualify for the award. Plus as a bonus, if you never submitted for the 
AMSAT Communication Achievement Award, you would also earn that with the 
same submission.
