Hi Dale,

I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but look into the Virtual PC with Windows XP.  It's a download from Microsoft that installs a Windows XP virtual machine on your computer.  It just starts like a program, and closes like a program.  It is a real Windows XP running inside your Win7.   Sadly, I don't think it does parallel ports, which is what I suspect is your issue.  It does two comports great.

I used this solution to run some old DOS software that wants a standard old COM1 port that just would NOT work under Windows 7.  

You'll love your LVB Tracker!  It works fine--and with Windows 7/64 bit I didn't even have to install any drivers!  Windows 7 loaded the USB drivers automagically.
