[amsat-bb] Sumbandilasat SO-67 active over North and South America 4OCT-10OCT

  Sumbandilasat SO-67 is scheduled to be active over North and South 
America next week. Here is a list of the -planned- activation times, 
with each time representing the beginning of a 15 minute period with the 
repeater on. Thanks to Ed N8BBQ for putting the pass times together this 
month, and of course to the Sumbandilasat team for the use of the satellite.
