Yes the 1.2g uplink should work. Colin VK5HI reported recent success accessing the pbbs.

I see that the schedule calls for it to be  in PBBS mode -- but is it really?

I was seeing all the telemetry frames --
but no PECHO-11, PECHO-12 ..
