Hello Tom,
I just made a test under Vista 64-bit and Windows 7, 32-bit. The program
stored changes with menu "Setup", "Options" correctly in the file
"SatStart.SQF" in the data folder "SatPC32". The path of this folder (for
"Config I") can be seen in the foot line of menu "Satellites". I think, the
path you mention is correct. There are 3 further "SatStart.SQF" files for
each of the 3 additional configurations in the sub folders CfgII, CfgIII,
CfgIV in the data folder "SatPC32".
