Anyone using a Yaesu FT-530 in full-duplex mode to work the FM satellites?

"I was able to silence the speaker audio from your last email but when I transmit it doesn't silence the squelch. I don't feel like I am transmitting out. I have the correct freq. for the uplink and downlink ... "

I have a '530 here somewhere - but do not know it well enough to help.
