[amsat-bb] DSTAR on AO-51

Is it possible to have AO-51 configure to pass DSTAR signal as AO-27 does? With autumn first day today we will have more time inside 
available and it could be an interesting experiment. On V/U fm mode DSTAR signal does not pass through as a previous test made last year.
