The ISS crew generally operates on UTC time. Their day begins at 06:00 UTC 
and ends at 21:30 UTC. You can find the ISS crew schedule at 
http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/timelines/4_2011_tl.html
The sheduled times sometime changes, depending on the activities planned for 
the day.
