Or as they say in Russian: отсутствие сигнала 05:00z pass over Northern Calif. I did hear a frequency drifting carrier around 145.920 that disappeared about the time the Station set, but the carrier was RISING in frequency, which is inconsistent with a satellite. Greg KO6TH
