[amsat-bb] Heil Traveler and a Recorder

Does anyone on this list have a Heil Traveler (http://rffun.com/catalog/mics/1348.html and http://rffun.com/catalog/mics/3838.jpg for the adapter to the TH-D7A) that they are using on their HT, and at the same time have a recorder hooked up?  I am hoping to get the Traveler soon (not pleased with the audio the speaker mic is producing), but I don’t know how to hook the recorder in line.  I seem to recall a similar post pertaining to this subject about 2-3 weeks ago, but after a brief search of the archives I could not find it.
