There should already be a 1/4-20 threaded hole in the Arrow boom for tripod 
mounting.  Most (better) camera tripod top plates can be "tipped" up from 
horizontal to vertical, and that's how you change the polarity of the Arrow, 
same as you would by rotating the boom if you were hand-holding it.
