[amsat-bb] NO ARISSat-1 deployment today

Watching Live NASA TV ..... 



As reported by NASA and Russian spacewalkers  ... one antenna is missing from KEDR/ARISSat-1 .. 

and the satellite will be returned to ISS.  No launch today.
